Certificate in Phlebotomy

This course provides learners with the knowledge and practical skills required to collect blood specimens safely and accurately for laboratory testing. It covers the principles of phlebotomy, human anatomy and physiology, infection prevention and control, patient identification, specimen collection techniques, specimen handling, quality assurance, and professional ethics. Learners gain hands-on experience in venipuncture and capillary blood collection while adhering to established safety and quality standards.

About This Program

Our CNA program is a minimum 90-hour hybrid course (including 25 clinical hours) taught by credentialed RN instructors. Teaching methods include video, lectures, demonstrations, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, role-playing, and pre/post-clinical review. Class size is limited to 20 students with a 10:1 student-to-clinical-instructor ratio.
